This feature lets users view the terms in a modal instead of being redirected to a new tab. That way, the users never leave the Checkout page.

To enable the terms modal, you have to go to WP Admin -> TACCP -> Check “Open product terms in a modal”

After doing so, the terms will open in a modal when the user clicks on them.
